This seminar will help you develop the tools and strategies you need to find and hire winners. The Chamber is partnering with Gordon Ford Business College for this seminar, and Assistant Professor LeAnn Coder will present best interviewing practices for the current hiring market. Attendees will learn how to - Avoid legal land mines during the interview process
- Determine when and how to use tests
- Identify the tried and true recruiting resources
- Ask the questions that will provide the facts and insight needed to make a great hire
"Recruitment and interviewing is as much as a job skill, as the ones you are hiring for nowadays," said D. Gaines Penn, 2012 Chamber Board of Directors chairman. "This Business at its Best Seminar will identify best practices for hiring, which can eliminate many legal risks, reduce costs, and increase productivity."
